2. Description of Service

Vendrato provides AI-powered phone agent services that can answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The Service is available to businesses located in the United States.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges unless you cancel your subscription
• Pay any applicable taxes

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Implementation

We guarantee a 14-day implementation period for your AI phone agent. If the Service is not live and operational within 14 days, we will continue working at no additional cost until implementation is complete.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Make unsolicited calls in violation of telemarketing laws

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy laws when using our Service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vendrato and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendrato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendrato and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
