100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee:
- 14-Day Implementation Guarantee: If your AI agent is not live and answering calls perfectly within 14 days, we will work for free until it is.
- 30-Day Results Guarantee: If you are not capturing more leads within 30 days of going live, we will refund every penny of your subscription fees.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The AI phone agent does not meet the agreed-upon performance standards within 30 days of implementation
- You can demonstrate that the service has not resulted in increased lead capture as promised
- Technical issues prevent the service from functioning as specified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Contact our support team through your account dashboard or via email
- Provide details about your experience and why you are requesting a refund
- Allow our team to attempt to resolve any issues (we are committed to making it work)
- If issues cannot be resolved, we will process your refund request within 5-7 business days
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our secure payment processor. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Paddle.com transaction fees are non-refundable as they are third-party processing fees
Monthly Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions:
- Refunds apply to the current billing period only
- Pro-rated refunds are not available for partial months
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development work beyond the standard service scope
- Third-party integration fees (CRM, telephony providers, etc.)
- Previous billing periods (only current period is eligible)
- Service termination due to Terms of Service violations
Paddle.com Payment Processing
Vendrato uses Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. This means:
- Paddle.com handles all payment processing and data security
- Paddle.com is responsible for tax calculation and remittance
- Refunds are processed through Paddle.com's secure system
- Your payment information is stored securely by Paddle.com in compliance with PCI DSS standards

Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will investigate the charge within 48 hours
- If an error is confirmed, we will issue a refund promptly
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as this may result in service suspension
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
