The project

Designed around the people who use it.

Explore the project (opens in a new tab)

The More Orders Command Centre brings brand context, guidance and AI-assisted work into a shared platform for ecommerce business owners and their support teams.

Vendrato’s work covers the member platform and its working tools. The public product website shown here illustrates that product context.

The brief

Advice, business information and execution can become disconnected. A useful platform needs to help members understand what to work on and keep the context close to the task.

Design decisions

Bring context into the working experience.

The platform connects brand information with guided tools and planning workflows. The interface gives members a consistent place to explore recommendations and develop their next actions.

  • A shared home for brand and business context.
  • Guided tools for planning and creating.
  • Member experiences shaped around practical business work.

Across devices

The thinking behind the work

Make the platform useful at the point where advice becomes work.

The More Orders Command Centre is a member platform for ecommerce owners and their support teams. Vendrato’s work centres on that working experience: connecting business context, guided tools and planning so members can move from understanding a recommendation to developing a useful next action.

Business context

Keep the brand close to the task.

Brand and business information have a shared home within the platform. Bringing that context into the experience matters because the usefulness of a planning or creation tool depends on what the member is trying to achieve. A consistent place for that information gives the working tools a clearer setting.

The intended benefit is less effort rebuilding context during day-to-day work. Members can approach a task as part of their business rather than as an isolated prompt. That is a product-value mechanism: the platform becomes more useful when its tools remain connected to the business they are meant to support.

Revenue-focused work

Connect recommendations to a next action.

Guided tools and planning workflows provide routes from advice into practical work. The interface gives members a place to explore recommendations and develop what to do next, keeping the emphasis on a task they can understand rather than on the presence of AI alone.

The commercial rationale is to support work relevant to growing an ecommerce business. Clearer next actions help frame where a member could focus their attention. The interface gives that proposition a practical form: a place to consider the business context and develop the work, rather than stopping at a broad promise of more orders.

Usability

Create a working experience people can return to.

A consistent member experience connects the core information and tools. That continuity is important when an owner or support team returns to the platform across different tasks: the value lies in having a useful working destination, not only an impressive first screen.

Responsive access supports returning to core information and next actions across devices. The intended retention benefit is practical usefulness over time. A platform that makes ongoing work easier to approach has a clearer reason to remain part of a member’s routine than one whose value depends entirely on an initial demonstration.
