The thinking behind the work

Turn an initial property impression into a closer look.

The first phase of Del Mar’s website gives the residential development a dedicated presentation. Its role is to connect the setting, development imagery, units and walkthrough in a sequence that visitors can explore before beginning an enquiry about the property.

The first impression

Show the setting, then give it context.

Large development renders establish the property’s visual direction. The surrounding introduction and About content give those images a place in the development story. Rather than asking a single hero image to explain everything, the page invites visitors to continue into more specific information about what they are viewing.

The intended business benefit is a clearer starting point for consideration. Property interest often begins visually, but imagery becomes more useful when it connects to understandable information. The renders serve as a preview of the design, so the presentation remains grounded in what the images actually show.

Closer consideration

Connect the overview with individual spaces.

Unit information and the walkthrough give visitors ways to move beyond the overall setting. These sections sit within a continuous page story, connecting the wider development with a closer look at its spaces. Visitors can explore the presentation in sequence or return to the detail that interests them.

That progression is designed to give an enquiry more context. A visitor can begin a conversation after looking at the available information rather than relying only on the opening image. The website supports consideration by keeping the property’s visual presentation and explanatory content together as interest becomes more specific.

An accessible presentation

Keep the story useful across screen sizes.

The development imagery, unit content and walkthrough sections are recomposed for mobile. Someone discovering the property on a phone can continue through the same story without needing the large-screen arrangement. The contact route remains connected to the presentation rather than becoming a separate task to locate.

This phase gives Del Mar an online destination for sharing and discussing the development. Its commercial role is to support informed property enquiries through a coherent first presentation. The sales team and prospective buyer can refer to the same images and unit information, giving their conversation a shared starting point.
