The Parramatta concept builds around the red-umbrella image and the geometry of the firm’s identity. A situation picker and filtered people directory connect visitors with a relevant practice group and contact route.

An independent redesign concept exploring a possible direction for this business. This is a design study, with no verified client outcomes reported.

We built the site around the firm's own red-umbrella image and the crossing hairlines of its logo, set in large editorial Raleway Light type on charcoal. A "What has happened?" picker turns plain-language situations into the right group, its principals and a direct line.

Finding the relevant group

A large firm with a simpler entry point.

The situation picker routes visitors toward a practice group, while the people directory can be filtered by practice area. These two views connect a person’s need with the team structure instead of making them decode it.

Search & clear answers

Easy to understand.
Easier to discover.

Answer engine optimisation (AEO) means making answers easy to find and understand. Generative engine optimisation (GEO) applies the same care to content that AI search tools may use when answering a question.

How this applies to Matthews Folbigg Lawyers

The concept connects its business identity with specific services and project information in readable page content. Visible FAQs add direct answers to customer questions. These are useful foundations for search and answer-based discovery.

What information is available beyond the photographs?
The page includes readable sections such as What has happened?; Property law & conveyancing; Employment law & workplace. These headings and their supporting copy explain the offer without asking readers or search tools to infer it from images alone.
Which questions does the concept answer?
The visible question headings include How much is a first family law consultation?; How are conveyancing fees quoted?; How can employers pay for employment law advice?. Keeping questions and answers in the page content makes the information easier to find and interpret.
