Suburban Landscaping Company
01 About the project
The Illinois concept brings summer landscape care and winter snow services into one coherent story. A month-by-month plan and explanations of snow-service billing help property managers understand the offer.
An independent redesign concept exploring a possible direction for this business. This is a design study, with no verified client outcomes reported.

02 The design approach
The concept is built on the one thing that sets this company apart from a summer-only landscaper: the same company works the whole year. Oversized Big Shoulders Display type (drawn for the City of Chicago) carries a two-line offer over the company's best photo. Two signature pieces, a month-by-month plan chart and a snow-billing receipt, turn the real site's maintenance and winter terms into something a homeowner or property manager can read at a glance.

Built around
the experience.
Inside the concept
- Month-by-month property-care plan
- Separate summer and snow-service information
- Plain-language billing context
Seasonal planning
A service story that follows the year.
The monthly plan connects landscape maintenance with seasonal needs. Snow-service information has its own space, including how billing works, so winter work does not disappear behind summer garden photography.

How this applies to Suburban Landscaping Company
The concept connects its business identity with specific services and project information in readable page content. Visible FAQs add direct answers to customer questions. These are useful foundations for search and answer-based discovery.
- What information is available beyond the photographs?
- The page includes readable sections such as A slate patio, a barbecue, a pond with water lilies.; One company for the whole yard, all year; For associations and property managers. These headings and their supporting copy explain the offer without asking readers or search tools to infer it from images alone.
- Which questions does the concept answer?
- The visible question headings include Does Suburban work for businesses and condo associations?; Do you put up and take down holiday lights?; Is Suburban Landscaping insured?. Keeping questions and answers in the page content makes the information easier to find and interpret.
