02 The design approach
We set the firm up like its own letterhead: a large Newsreader serif on ivory paper, mahogany bands taken from the firm's palette, and the firm's real office photographs re-graded into one walnut duotone so the amateur snapshots read as a deliberate set. At the centre sits a 'Which matter is yours?' tool that takes a client from who they are to the practice area, the lawyer named in the firm's own bios and the first step, with Call and Enquire always one tap away.

Built around
the experience.
Inside the concept
- Situation-based matter finder
- Practice information connected with lawyers
- Warm office photography and a consistent editorial palette
Finding the right team
Start with the person’s problem.
The matter finder offers routes for different kinds of visitors and situations. It connects the choice to practice information and named lawyers, making the firm’s structure easier to understand before contact.
The visual language
An identity grounded in the office.
Warm paper tones, mahogany and the firm’s office photographs shape the visual direction. The restrained treatment gives practical information and people a consistent setting across the pages.
Search & clear answers
Easy to understand.
Easier to discover.
Answer engine optimisation (AEO) means making answers easy to find and understand. Generative engine optimisation (GEO) applies the same care to content that AI search tools may use when answering a question.
How this applies to Gonzalez Tan Gatchalian & Associates
The concept connects its business identity with specific services and project information in readable page content. Visible FAQs add direct answers to customer questions. These are useful foundations for search and answer-based discovery.
- What information is available beyond the photographs?
- The page includes readable sections such as Which matter is yours?; Corporation law; Practice areas. These headings and their supporting copy explain the offer without asking readers or search tools to infer it from images alone.
- Which questions does the concept answer?
- The visible question headings include Does emailing the firm make me a client?; How do I pay the firm?; Can the firm get a work visa for a foreign employee?. Keeping questions and answers in the page content makes the information easier to find and interpret.
